Eva Mendes was born in the United States and is an American actor, model and musician. Her first film was the film 'Children of the Corn: Fields of Terror and she was dissatisfied with her performance. She worked hard to hone her acting talents and performed in several films with low budgets to show her abilities. The actress had a tough road, but got rewarded for her persistence and sheer willpower. After the success of Training Day, her career in acting took off.
